Site performance acceleration and other updates

Dear users!

In the last update, next things have been implemented:

- Faster search and display of players’ statistics due to database optimization

- Routing between user and server optimized, the difference is most noticeable for distant users

- Static caching on the user’s side configured, which reduced traffic consumption and accelerated site’s loading speed

- The error logging system improved, it helps fixing problems faster

- Logging into “My account” bug fixed

- Fixed a bug leading to duplication of players from PokerStars to Chico with 0 hands

- Fixed displaying bb/100 at zero value

- Visual display of the graph at the end of distance fixed
